Victim of 2016 Homicide Found, Charged After Five Years
Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office (MDSO) has charged Mr. Itiaba Ekong with the stabbing death of an adult male who was found unresponsive with stab wounds in an undisclosed area on February 4, 2021. The victim's death investigation spanned over five years, during which detectives worked diligently to identify the perpetrator and bring closure to the victim's friends and family. All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
