Information we publish
County Crime Watch publishes public arrest and booking information obtained from identified government and law-enforcement sources. An arrest is not a conviction. We do not intentionally publish residential addresses, telephone numbers, license-plate numbers, or complete dates of birth.
Information you provide
When you submit a correction or removal request, we collect the email address, explanation, content URLs, booking reference, and any attachments you choose to provide. This information is used only to evaluate and document the request.
Site and security information
Our servers may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security events. The private administration panel uses a secure session cookie. We do not sell correction-request information.
Storage and retention
Correction-request contact details, URLs, and attachments are encrypted at rest and restricted to authorized administration. We retain requests and review records as reasonably necessary to complete the review, prevent abuse, document decisions, and meet legal obligations.
Outside links
County Crime Watch links to government agencies and community resources. Their privacy practices are controlled by those organizations.
Your choices
You may request a correction, update, or eligible removal through our correction and removal form. Include the exact URL for any content you want reviewed.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The revision date above identifies the current version.
