Two Miami Men Charged in County Co. Caine Trafficking Case
Two Miami men, ages 89 and 73, were arrested and charged in a county Co. Caine trafficking investigation and appeared in Miami-Dade bond court on Sept. 10, 2026. Police booked the suspects, identified as Cesar Valdes and Magdaleno Medina, on trafficking charges; officials say the arrests stem from an investigation into distribution of Co. Caine in the county.
