Two Men Accused of Leaving Relative Home Alone in Extreme Heat
County Crime Watch Miami-Dade reports that two men are accused of locking the thermostat of a 76-year-old relative's home, resulting in dangerously high temperatures of up to 112 degrees, according to an arrest report. The relative remained inside the home alone during the incident. All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
