Subpoenaed bank records reportedly show eight checks from the contractor’s company to the property manager between October 2024 and May 2025 totaling $171,426.05. Jail records show the property manager faces 10 counts alleging violations of the Florida Condominium Act and one count of organized scheme to defraud; the contractor faces one count of organized scheme to defraud. Both men were arrested and booked; the matter will proceed through the court system. All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
