Three arrested after probe ties suspects to string of commercial burglaries

Three men were arrested after investigators linked them to a series of commercial burglaries across Miami‑Dade and Broward counties in which stolen electronics were reportedly moved into waiting vans. Arrest reports identify the suspects as Reinier Bustillo‑Gomez, 43; Jose Solano‑Montelier, 37; and Yoandrys Cue, 41, all Cuban nationals living in Miami‑Dade County. Authorities say since February multiple agencies — including the Miami‑Dade Sheriff’s Office and police in Doral, Sweetwater and Medley, plus the Broward Sheriff’s Office — investigated incidents where masked, gloved suspects used garbage or recycling bins and cargo vans to remove merchandise; one Doral burglary on Aug. 11 prompted a 9 p.m. response after the business owner reviewed surveillance video and officers found damage consistent with forced entry. The arrests were reported in investigators’ arrest reports and the probe remains active as agencies continue their investigation. All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
