One kll after crash involving Miami‑Dade deputy and two civilian vehicles
A crash involving a Miami‑Dade Sheriff’s Office deputy and two civilian vehicles shortly after 7:40 p.m. Wednesday near Northwest 51st Terrace and Northwest 33rd Avenue left one person dead. The deputy was driving an unmarked MDSO vehicle; one civilian driver was transported by Miami‑Dade Fire Rescue to Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition and later died.
