Miami man arrested after cloud alert leads to discovery of chld sexual abuse videos
Miami police say a 24-year-old man was arrested after a 2025 Dropbox alert to the National Center for Missing and Exploited chldren flagged five illicit files uploaded to the cloud. Detectives say their probe recovered at least 13 videos showing boys and girls as young as 1 to 3 years old being sexually abused; one video allegedly involved a dog. Investigators traced account information through Google to multiple email addresses linked to the suspect, then executed a Thursday search of his Little Havana home and seized several electronic devices; police say he invoked his rights and declined to answer questions. He is being held on 13 counts of possession of chld sexual abuse material and one count related to sexual conduct with an animal; bond was listed as to be set. All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
