Man in his 40s found fatally sh0t east of I‑95; one person being questioned
Miami police responded just after 5 a.m. Monday to reports of a sh00ting east of Interstate 95. Miami Fire‑Rescue crews found a man believed to be in his 40s with a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene. Video from the scene initially showed two people taken into custody, and Miami police say one person is currently being questioned in connection with the incident. Investigators say they are continuing to probe the circumstances, including whether the victim was an intruder, and have not announced any charges. All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
