Man Arrested for Publicly Engaging in Inappropriate Behavior at Ross Store
A man has been arrested again for publicly engaging in inappropriate behavior at a Ross Store in Southwest Miami-Dade. The individual was caught masturbating behind an employee, leading to his arrest. This is the second time the man has been arrested for similar offenses.
