Man Arrested for Disturbing Incident at Ross Store
A 37-year-old man, Sean Edward Uribe, was arrested in Miami-Dade County for an incident that occurred inside a Ross store on August 14. A store employee witnessed Uribe massaging his penis and spraying an unknown liquid on another employee. Detectives identified Uribe from surveillance footage and prior convictions. The incident resulted in injuries and damage to clothing. Uribe has two prior battery convictions in Miami-Dade County. All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
