Man Arrested After Bomb Threat to Salvation Army Shelter
The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office arrested 63-year-old Juan Carlos Sibila after he made a bomb threat to a Salvation Army shelter. The building was evacuated and searched, but no explosives were found.
