Large fire at DG’s Night Club in Northwest Dallas extinguished defensively
A large structure fire occurred at DG’s Night Club in Northwest Dallas. Fire crews were dispatched at 3:02 a.m. and found heavy smoke on arrival. The building had been empty and no injuries were reported.
Crews initially attempted an interior attack but found the blaze hidden in multiple void spaces and already in an advanced stage. A second alarm was transmitted, and firefighters switched to a defensive operation.
Dallas Fire-Rescue used ground lines and two aerial ladder pipes to contain the fire. The department reported the cause had not been determined and the extent of building damage was not yet known.
