Illegal Post-Op Recovery Homes Reopened by Woman Facing Charges
County Crime Watch Miami-Dade reports that a 42-year-old woman, previously arrested for operating illegal post-operation assisted living facilities, has been rearrested and is facing charges in Miami-Dade County.
