ICE Dallas arrested 121 people during Lake Lewisville summer operation

Federal agents in Dallas conducted a summer-long operation at Lake Lewisville that resulted in 121 arrests, including two people whom ICE identified as alleged members of Tren de Aragua. The operation began June 27 and continued through the Labor Day weekend, according to ICE Dallas.
ICE said the mission targeted foreign nationals, assisted lake-related investigations and aimed to free local resources to enforce boating safety. The agency stated each person arrested had prior criminal records, citing offenses such as assault, burglary, DWI, evading arrest, family violence and s3xual assault of a chld.
ICE named two suspects who admitted gang ties and four others linked to an alleged illegal livery scheme on Lake Lewisville; some records referenced prior cases tied to Dallas County. The agency characterized the initiative as multiagency and focused on public safety; current detention and immigration processing status were noted by ICE Dallas.
All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
