Raleigh County authorities charged a former Oak Hill Middle School principal with a slate of financial-crime counts, the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office reported. The sheriff’s office says Chad Quesenberry faces 12 counts of embezzlement, 12 counts of forgery, as well as computer fraud and fraudulent schemes in the Raleigh County case.

According to the criminal complaint cited by the sheriff’s office, Quesenberry allegedly took more than $7,200 while working for Bridgeport equipment. Investigators say he has repaid $2,900. The county filing lists the specific counts alleged against him but does not describe a conviction; the assertions are allegations in the charging documents.

Raleigh County’s action follows an earlier set of charges in another jurisdiction. State reporting shows Quesenberry was charged in October 2025 in Fayette County on nearly 30 counts that included device fraud, falsifying accounts, embezzlement and fraudulent schemes tied to school event collections. In that matter, state police said Fayette County school officials alerted troopers after reviewing financial accounts.

At this time, the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office has filed the listed charges in Raleigh County. Public records cited by the county indicate repayment of part of the alleged loss, and the complaint frames the remaining matters as allegations. No court outcome, sentencing, or conviction is documented in the Raleigh County materials provided.

All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
