Former Fort Hood soldier convicted in Waco on chld s3xual abuse and exploitation charges

A federal jury in Waco convicted Jordan Anthony Pearce on nine counts tied to the s3xual abuse and exploitation of two minor females. The verdict was announced by the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas following the trial in Waco.
Court filings and trial evidence say the abuse began when one victim was 11 at Pearce’s Fort Hood residence. That victim reported the conduct, and a forensic interview at a chld Advocacy Center in April 2023 followed. A second victim reported abuse occurring between ages 13 and 16; her cellphone yielded texts and a sexually explicit video.
Pearce was indicted April 8, 2025, taken into custody May 30, 2025, and convicted on nine counts; jurors acquitted him of a single transportation charge. Sentencing is pending.
