Federal indictment unsealed in Dallas-area drug trafficking sweep

Federal prosecutors charged 19 people in a multi-count indictment tied to a years-long drug trafficking operation in the Dallas area. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas announced the 24-count indictment that named several suspects by name and described seized evidence and locations.
Officials said investigators recovered cocaine, crack cocaine, Canna, Methamp, multiple firearms, and more than $40,000 in drug-related proceeds, plus additional currency and jewelry totaling more than $500,000. The indictment alleged five drug houses across Dallas at locations including Roberts Avenue, Munger Avenue, Cedar Mountain Circle, Woodmeadow Parkway, and Abrams Road.
Charges included drug-trafficking conspiracies, money laundering, gun-related offenses, operating drug houses, and illegal use of phones to facilitate deals. The case remained in federal court under indictment, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
