Driver Injured in Palmetto Expressway Crash Taken by Helicopter to Hospital
An early morning crash on the Palmetto Expressway in Miami Lakes resulted in a driver being injured and airlifted to a trauma center. The crash occurred around 6:45 a.m. near an undisclosed area. One of the vehicles involved rolled over. Traffic was backed up in the northbound lanes as crews worked to clear the scene. The driver's health condition was not disclosed.
