Bluefield Police Release Bench Warrant List for Sept. 16, 2026
The Bluefield West Virginia Police Department published a bench warrant list on September 16, 2026, naming people wanted on charges ranging from obstructing an officer and Prosti to drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, DUI, assault and destruction of property. The list is not complete, and some entries reflect show‑cause or other warrant types rather than convictions.
Officials say those named may turn themselves in at the Bluefield City Police Department to be processed, receive a bond amount and a future court date; individuals with show‑cause warrants may pay fines at the department to clear warrants.
All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
