17-year-old fatally sh0t in Allapattah early Saturday, investigation ongoing
A 17-year-old was fatally sh0t early Saturday in Allapattah, authorities said. Miami Fire Rescue crews arrived at about 1:52 a.m. in the area of Northwest 23rd Court between 36th and 38th Street and found the teen with an apparent gunshot wound; they were transported to a hospital in extremely critical condition and later died. Shortly after, a 45-year-old was taken to the hospital for evaluation and was reported to have no injuries. Miami Police say the sh00ting remains under active investigation; no arrests or charges have been announced. All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
