Putnam County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle in Palatka during a traffic stop Tuesday night and allege they found multiple contr substance inside the car. Deputies reported recovering cocaine, Fent and Methamp, and said drugs had been concealed inside a milkshake held by occupants of the vehicle.

According to the sheriff’s office, four people in the car — Brandy Cain, Justin Palerino, Rocky Shuman and Kierstyn Yarboro — were arrested and charged with drug possession. The deputies’ account identifies the traffic stop as the point of discovery and links the recovered substances to the vehicle and items within it.

Agency actions documented by the sheriff’s office include the arrests and the decision to pursue possession charges; the report notes one of the four, Kierstyn Yarboro, was denied bond because of a probation violation. Beyond the deputies’ allegations about the recovered drugs and concealment method, no court adjudications or convictions are documented in the released account.

At this stage the case status reported by the sheriff’s office is arrests and pending prosecution, with at least one defendant held without bond on an unrelated probation violation. No injuries, additional charges, or prosecutorial outcomes were reported in the sheriff’s account provided with the incident notice.

All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
