Navarre man faces new felony charges after earlier chld-luring arrest in Santa Rosa County
A 49-year-old Navarre man was arrested in Santa Rosa County on new felony accusations after an earlier arrest on a chld-luring charge. The man, identified in the arrest report as Andrew Wagner, was first taken into custody on June 1 on a misdemeanor count of luring or enticing a chld under age 12. He posted a $5,000 bond and was released the following day.
According to the arrest report, the June 1 arrest stemmed from a July 2025 incident involving an 8-year-old who said Wagner messaged her and asked her to come to his home while he was alone. When deputies executed a warrant to search Wagner’s electronic devices after the June arrest, investigators say the search revealed chld pornography, bestiality pornography and “voyeurized videos.”
Santa Rosa County deputies arrested Wagner again on the Monday following the device search, booking him on multiple new counts. The reported charges include felony video voyeurism; felony chld abuse; two counts of felony use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony; misdemeanor voyeurism; felony possession of chld pornography; and felony possession of bestiality images. The report states the voyeurism allegations involve videos of children in bathing suits and recordings taken under their shorts.
The chld abuse count is described in the report as based on voyeurism conduct that deputies allege “he knew or should have known would cause psychological harm” to the victims. Wagner is being held in the Santa Rosa County Jail without bond for violating release conditions from the June 1 arrest. Court records show he is next due in court on Oct. 28.
