Missing Orange County woman located in good health after sheriff's alert
A 68-year-old woman reported missing out of Orange County was later located in good health after deputies publicized her disappearance, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said. The agency initially described the woman as endangered and urged anyone with information to call 911.
According to the sheriff’s office, Cynthia Ramona Webster was last seen near Via Alizar off Honour Road. Deputies posted a description noting she is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and about 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time she was reported missing she was wearing a white shirt, green shorts and a black bandana and was carrying a black purse.
The sheriff’s office expressed concerns because Webster has memory loss, and it classified her as endangered during the missing-person alert. The agency used social media to share the information and asked the public to contact 911 if they saw her or knew her whereabouts.
An update from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said Webster was found several hours after the initial report and was in good health. No further details about the circumstances of her disappearance or the location where she was found were provided in the agency’s public post.
