Man bound over for trial after sidewalk crash on MacArthur Blvd. in Oklahoma County

A man has been bound over to stand trial after an incident on a MacArthur Boulevard sidewalk in Oklahoma County that prosecutors say died a mother and seriously injured her adult daughter.
