An armed home-invasion robbery at a Fargo apartment on Sept. 11 has resulted in a fourth defendant being charged, according to court records. Cass County prosecutors filed charges this month against Dajveon Williams, 18, who faces five felonies including robbery with a firearm, burglary, theft of a firearm, terrorizing and criminal mischief.

Investigators say the case initially identified three suspects and two additional people who were in the vehicle used in the robbery. The three earlier arrestees—Erick Scott, Gregory Rogers-McKinney and Kennedy Dolo—were charged days after the Sept. 11 incident; detectives then determined through interviews and cellphone data extraction that one of the vehicle occupants was Williams.

Prosecutors allege a co-defendant identified Williams from a photograph as one of the men who entered the victim’s apartment during the robbery. Authorities further reported that phone records show Williams provided an address to another suspect and coordinated a pickup shortly before the robbery. Surveillance and traffic-camera footage reportedly tracked the suspect vehicle to and from the apartment within the timeframe described by other suspects, and video from a residence showed Williams entering the vehicle before the robbery and returning afterward.

Williams is being held in connection with the case, and his three co-defendants remain in custody, according to court records. Charges have been filed in Cass County District Court; the allegations are documented in those filings and remain subject to prosecution.

All individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
