Bettendorf concession stand broken into; police seeking suspect ID

Bettendorf police say a man broke into the Isle Marina concession stand and stole alcohol and snacks in the early morning hours of Sept. 5. The agency reports the theft occurred at about 3 a.m. at the concession shack located on Isle Parkway, and investigators are working to identify the person seen in surveillance images.
According to the department, the sequence is limited to what they have documented: on Sept. 5 at about 3 a.m. an unknown man forced entry to the concession area and removed alcohol and packaged snacks. Bettendorf police have asked for public assistance in identifying the suspect and have directed people with information to contact Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities by phone or through the P3 Tips app. The department notes that all tips submitted to Crime Stoppers are anonymous and that a cash reward is available if a tip leads to an arrest.
